RESUMEN

La tesis de doctorado presentada tiene como objeto de estudio es  la implementación del diseño de un proyecto pedagógico de aula que incluya la implementación de las TIC (Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación) para la asignatura documentos organizacionales del programa técnico en asistencia administrativa de la i.e. “nuestra señora de Chiquinquirá” del municipio de Roldanillo, valle del cauca.

 En relación a sus características propias de  proyectos educativos; así como el análisis de los actuaciones de los participantes con la finalidad de precisar la problemática que está influyendo en la materia en los diferentes ciclos educativos que se dictan a los estudiantes, para identificar las causas que están incidiendo en este contexto, y que afecta el aprovechamiento educativo y su mal rendimiento en la misma.

Por lo que, el tipo de diseño de la investigación es explicativo, ya que intentará exponer las razones por las que se está presentando la problemática. De igual manera, es un tipo de estudio de no intervención, ya que solo se observarán y analizarán las situaciones. Es decir, solo se observarán cómo suceden y se evaluarán las variables seleccionadas para encontrar las correlaciones respectivas, pero sin intervenir en el problema.

Ahora bien por tratarse de una investigación mixta, con datos tanto cuantitativo como cualitativos, se recurrió a la elaboración y aplicación de técnicas como son los cuestionarios, entrevistas y fichas de observación, así como a la revisión bibliográfica de algunas teorías de la comunicación que se consideraron adecuadas al contexto educativo ; de igual manera, la técnica de la estadística para el procesamiento y análisis de los resultados obtenidos y, por último, la técnica de la investigación acción para analizar las acciones de las personas involucradas en la investigación en situaciones concretas: su trabajo cotidiano, la visita a la institución, etc., es decir, sus actitudes y percepciones.

Finalmente, se mencionan los factores determinantes que se consideran importantes a investigar para estar en condiciones de poder llegar a una conclusión y realizar las recomendaciones oportunas como una aportación a la investigación.

ABSTRACT

The doctoral thesis presented has the object of study is the implementation of the design of a classroom teaching project that includes the implementation of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) for the subject organizational documents of the technical program in administrative assistance of the ie "Our lady of Chiquinquirá" of the municipality of Roldanillo, valley of the Cauca.

 In relation to their own characteristics, educational projects, physical and labor context; as well as the analysis of the actions of the participants with the purpose of specifying the problematic that is influencing the subject in the different educational cycles that are dictated to the students, to identify the causes that are affecting in this context, and that affects the educational achievement and its poor performance in it.

Therefore, the type of research design is explanatory, as it will try to explain the reasons why the problem is being presented. In the same way, it is a type of study of nonintervention, since only the situations will be observed and analyzed. That is to say, it will only be observed how the selected variables happen and be evaluated to find the respective correlations, but without intervening in the problem.

However, since it was a mixed research, with both quantitative and qualitative data, the development and application of techniques such as questionnaires, interviews and observation sheets were used, as well as the bibliographic review of some theories of communication that were considered appropriate to the educational context; in the same way, the technique of statistics for the processing and analysis of the results obtained and, finally, the technique of action research to analyze the actions of the people involved in research in concrete situations: their daily work, the visit the institution, etc., ie their attitudes and perceptions.

Finally, the determinants that are considered important to investigate are mentioned in order to be able to reach a conclusion
