If at any point you wish to leave the application and come back at a later time, you can click the "Save & Logout" button at the top of the screen. Please follow the steps below to complete the online process.
1. It is important for both parents and/or the person responsible for the payment of tuition bills to sign the Application for Admission. All supporting documents as requested in the Checklist for Applicants must accompany the application, and both parents should complete and sign the Parent Questionnaire.
2. School Recommendation Forms shall be turned in separately from the rest of the admission packet. Both parents should sign the “Permission to Release Records” at the top of the School Recommendation Form.
3. After the student has been enrolled in his/her current school for at least two months of the current academic year, please give the School Recommendation Form to the principal or guidance counselor and ask that the form be completed and returned to The American School Foundation by that school officer with the appropriate transcript. A homeroom teacher or advisor may be asked to write supplementary comments on the back of the form. The School Recommendation Form must be scanned and e-mailed by the school to ASF.
4. All candidates for entrance are expected to take an admission test. An appointment for testing may be made by calling the Admission Office at +52 (55) 5227-4915 or 4955. The fee for admission testing is $1,000.00 pesos, payable at the school's cashier office on the day of testing.
5. Candidates who have special needs and would like to request accommodations should identify themselves early in the application process. Documentation from a qualified professional is required.
6. Students entering Grades 6-12 should complete the on-line Student Questionnaire.
7. A recommendation about admission will be made by the Admission Committee when all documents have been received, interviews have been conducted and testing has been completed.
