RESUMEN

La película comienza metiéndonos un suspenso muy bueno pues nos plantea que la historia que nos contarían se trata de un secreto de estado que jamás debería de haber sido contado.

Comenzamos cuando a la casa blanca, más específicamente a Norm, El jefe de Gabinete del Presidente, recibe la notificación de que se ha colocado una bomba nuclear a una distancia de más o menos 11 cuadras de la casa blanca y el país tendrá un destino terrible si en cuarenta y ocho horas  no reúnen a un grupo de genios que fueron identificados gracias que estos realizaron un test o examen de inteligencia lo que los catalogaba con un IQ sumamente alto; y estos son presentados ante el terrorista que los amenaza (pese a que él se autodenomina como un genio ya que dice que un terrorista actúa por razones ya sean raciales, de creencias, etc.) y se ponen a resolver los problemas del mundo en tan solo una noche.

Cada uno de los miembros es identificado gracias a la corrupción de los resultados del examen antes mencionado que demuestra que cada uno de los miembros posee un IQ mayor de doscientos, por lo que Norm se da a la tarea de buscarlos y llevarlos a una sala que se encuentra en el edificio donde está la dichosa bomba y los amenaza para que contesten las problemáticas planteadas por Armand el “genio” terrorista  que les darán cierta cantidad de puntos y ellos deben acumular más de 1000 puntos para que Armand no explote la bomba y ellos puedan salvarse, pero en caso de no poder acumular los puntos necesarios fue benevolente  y les otorgo la posibilidad de desactivar la bomba con una contraseña que deben descifrar en el transcurso del “debate”.

Después de un muy, muy extenso “debate” los integrante consiguieron acumular los puntos necesarios y poder salvarse ellos mismos ya que Armand los engaño al final y les dijo que explotaría la bomba pero los dejaría meterse al refugio nuclear presidencial. Afortunadamente Norm logro descifrar la contraseña y desactivar la bomba con la pregunta  “¿Quién soy?” pues es la reflexión de la que trata toda la película.

Una vez resuelto esto se ubica el paradero de Armand, que al final se nos revela que es el padre de Norm, es asesinado por las autoridades pero nos deja la reflexión de sus acciones.

ABSTRACT

The movie begins with a very good suspense because it tells us that the story they tell us is a secret of state that should never have been told.

We begin when the White House, more specifically Norm, the Chief of Staff of the President, receives notification that a nuclear bomb has been placed at a distance of about 11 blocks from the White House and the country will have a terrible fate if in forty-eight hours they do not assemble a group of geniuses that were identified thanks to that they realized a test or examination of intelligence which cataloged them with a IQ extremely high; and these are presented to the terrorist who threatens them (although he calls himself a genius because he says that a terrorist acts for reasons, whether racial, beliefs, etc.) and set about solving the problems of the world in tan just one night.

Each of the members is identified thanks to the corruption of the results of the aforementioned examination, which shows that each of the members has an IQ of more than two hundred, which is why Norm gives himself the task of finding them and taking them to a room that is in the building where the bomb is and threatens to answer the problems raised by Armand the terrorist "genius" that will give them a certain amount of points and they must accumulate more than 1000 points so that Armand does not explode the bomb and they can be saved, but in case of not being able to accumulate the necessary points was benevolent and I give them the possibility to deactivate the bomb with a password that they must decipher in the course of the "debate".

After a very, very extensive "debate" the members were able to accumulate the necessary points and to be able to save themselves as Armand deceived them in the end and told them to exploit the bomb but would let them go to the presidential nuclear shelter. Luckily Norm managed to decrypt the password and disable the bomb with the question "Who am I?" As it is the reflection of the whole movie.

Once solved this is the whereabouts of Armand, who in the end reveals himself to be Norm's father, is killed by the authorities but leaves us the reflection of his actions.
