1. RESUMEN

El presente trabajo pretende diseñar un diagnostico financiero a xx años de le empresa x , con la implementación de políticas financieras que permitan una mejora continua en sus  procesos financieros.

Como inicio de la investigación descriptiva se tomaran como base los estados financieros, los cuales serán analizados e interpretados de manera tal que brinden un panorama general del estado actual de la compañía, se conocerá como es su financiamiento y cuáles son los procesos que influyen directamente en su utilidad.

Para complementar la información brindada por los estados financieros se realizó una entrevista al gerente general y dueño de la compañía con lo que se logró despejar algunas dudas del manejo financiero y  visualizar cómo es su manejo en la compañía a nivel gerencial.

Una vez analizados estos estados se procede a realizar un diagnóstico financiero a x años  considerando diferentes variables económicas externas que pudieran influir en el comportamiento económico de la compañía.

Luego del análisis se proponen las recomendaciones para la mejora efectiva del diagnóstico financiero de la compañía, estableciendo Políticas Financieras y buscando maximizar el manejo de los recursos, esperando como resultado su  adopción y aplicación para que la compañía empiece a generar valor.

1. SUMMARY

This paper aims to design the 5-year financial plan for the company  Inversiones y Servicios, with the implementation of financial policies that allow continuous improvement in its financial processes.

As a starting point of the descriptive research, the financial statements will constitute the basis, and will be analyzed and interpreted so that they provide an overview of the current status of the company, it will be known how its financing works and what processes directly influence its GP.

To complement the information provided by the financial statements, the general manager and owner of the company was interviewed to clear some doubts about the financial management and visualize how his company's managerial style is.

Having analyzed these statements, we proceed to perform a 5-year projection analyzing different external economic variables that could influence the company's economic behavior.

After the analysis, the recommendations for the company's effective improvement of the financial plan of the company are made, establishing Financial Policies and seeking to maximize resources management, expecting their implementation so that the company starts generating value.
