Descripción de negocio de empresas comparables seleccionadas de la transacción de arrendamiento de inmueble
1. Casey’s General Stores, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries (Casey’s), operate convenience stores under the name Casey's General Store in 11 Midwestern states, primarily Iowa, Missouri, and Illinois. The stores carry a range of food (including freshly prepared foods such as pizza, donuts, and sandwiches), beverages, tobacco products, health and beauty aids, automotive products, and other nonfood items. In addition, all Casey's stores offer gasoline for sale on a self-service basis. On April 30, 2012, there were a total of 1,699 stores in operation. There were 30 stores newly constructed, 35 acquired stores opened, and three stores were closed, during the fiscal year ended April 30, 2012 (fiscal 2012). The Company operates a central warehouse, Casey's Distribution Center in Ankeny, Iowa, through which the Company supplies grocery and general merchandise items to its stores. Approximately 73% of its total revenue, during fiscal 2012, was derived from the retail sale of gasoline.
2. Delek US Holdings, Inc. (Delek) is an integrated energy business focused on petroleum refining, the wholesale distribution of refined products and convenience store retailing. Delek business consists of three operating segments: refining, marketing and retail. On January 31, 2012, Delek, through its marketing segment, completed the acquisition of an approximately 35 miles long, eight and ten inch pipeline system from Plains Marketing, L.P. (Plains) (Nettleton Acquisition). On February 7, 2012, Delek, through its marketing segment purchased (Big Sandy Acquisition) a light petroleum products terminal located in Big Sandy, Texas, the underlying real property, and other related assets from Sunoco Partners Marketing & Terminals L.P., and the eight inch diameter Hopewell-Big Sandy Pipeline originating at Hopewell Junction, Texas and terminating at the Big Sandy Station in Big Sandy, Texas from Sunoco Pipeline L.P.

3. Hess Corporation (Hess) is a global integrated energy company that operates in two segments: Exploration and Production (E&P) and Marketing and Refining (M&R). The E&P segment explores for, develops, produces, purchases, transports and sells crude oil and natural gas. These exploration and production activities take place principally in Algeria, Australia, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Brunei, China, Denmark, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, France, Ghana, Indonesia, the Kurdistan region of Iraq, Libya, Malaysia, Norway, Peru, Russia, Thailand, the United Kingdom and the United States. The M&R segment manufactures refined petroleum products and purchases, markets and trades refined petroleum products, natural gas and electricity. The Company owns 50% of HOVENSA L.L.C., a joint venture in the United States Virgin Islands. In September 2011, it acquired Marquette Exploration LLC and other leases in Ohio’s Utica Shale. In October 2011, it acquired 50% undivided interest in CONSOL Energy Inc.
4. HollyFrontier Corporation (HollyFrontier), formerly Holly Corporation, is a petroleum refiner, which produces light products, such as gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, specialty lubricant products, and specialty and modified asphalt. HollyFrontier operates in two segments: Refining and Holly Energy Partners, L.P. (HEP). The Refining segment includes the operations of its El Dorado, Tulsa, Navajo, Cheyenne and Woods Cross Refineries and NK Asphalt. The HEP segment involves all of the operations of HEP. As of December 31, 2011, it operated five refineries having a combined crude oil processing capacity of 443,000 barrels per day that serve markets throughout the Mid-Continent, Southwest and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States. The Company merged with Frontier Oil Corporation (Frontier), on July 1, 2011. On November 9, 2011, HEP acquired from the Company certain tankage, loading rack and crude receiving assets
