Executive in International Business Management

Requirements:

• Graduate in International Business Management, Administration, Foreign Trade Administration and related carrers.
• At least  3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Qualified in Logistics Operations Managment (QCF).
• Excel and intermediate level English (Desirable).

Responsibilties:

• Arrange the necessary permits for export.
• Develop the documents and formats required for export.
• Coordinate shipments to meet the requirements and delivery timing to customers.
• Check restrictions in destination countries, in order to avoid penalties and additional costs.
• Review documents related to the costs of exporting to attend efficiently the accounting area to closing it.
• Continue with the process of delivery of export documents and products to the customer, in order to avoid problems or delays in the process.
• Search and analyze savings of time and money in the process, in order to streamline the area.
• Coordinate the closing process and documentation for exports.

• Erick Vargas. Erick has a certificade in administration business with over 2 years’ experience as a professional business administration at Ibaza Asociados S.A.C. He has extensive knowledge of international business administration and studies at  Barcelona University  in Spain. He has very limited knowledge of English but excellent references. In the interview he displayed a very dynamic enthusiastic attitude, was well spoken and groomed and can start immediately.

• Jessica Diaz. Jessica has a degree in Economy and International Business Adminsitration and related courses at ESAN University. She has 12 years’ experience  working as an  executive in business administration at ADM Inca. She also was less than enthusiastic about the salary offer. Jessica does speak English at an advanced level and she has completed an English course at ICPNA institute.

• César Córdova. Miguel has a Master in International Business Administration at Lima University. He has a degree in business administration at Catolica University. He is in the process of learning English but still struggles with the pronunciation and the grammar. He work in Inversiones Peru Pacifico for 5 years. He has 4 years’ experience working as an executive in business administration at SML Peru S.A.C and has excellent references.

Results of the Interview

• Erick Vargas. Erick has a certificade in administration business with over 20 years’ experience as a professional business administration. Not only has he a stable work history but also has experience working with North American clients and excellent letters of recommendation. He made a good impression in the interview and showed very methodical and good at resolving complex problems of commerce. However he has very limited knowledge of English.

• Jessica Diaz. Jessica was by far the most educated of all the applicants having spent 10 years studying International Business Administration and Economy with a very high grade average. She was also able to understand and respond to questions in advanced English. Her last position was a executive in business administration at ADM Inca  with excellent results and she has recent experience working with North American and European clients.

• César Córdova. César has a Master in International Business Administration and a lot of experience in Inversiones Peru Pacifico and CML Peru S.A.C. However he was only working with clients in North America and lacks extensive experience in management and speaks fluent english. He had two favorable letters of recommendation from all of his recent employers. Furthermore he presented a very favorable impression in the interview. He is exceptionally intelligent, very quick thinking and he is good at resolving problems about commerce.
