1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This business plan provides an analysis and evaluation of a business proposal for a company named ACF Ltd., which is dedicated to accounting and financial outsourcing services for sme’s (Small and Medium Enterprises) in the city of Bogota in Colombia.
It begins with a full a description of the business along with the objectives to be reached and the services to be offered.
Secondly, the current situation of the market in which the company will carry out its commercial activities was analyzed. This study included the identification of business opportunities as well as potential customers and characteristics of some competitor, as well as the marketing strategies. It was found that there is an increasing tendency in the acquisition of the products offered by ACF Ltd., and therefore, it was concluded that the company had very good prospects.
After that, they were listed all the activities, personnel and technology that are necessary to the correct operation of the company, and finally, the financial projections looking to an horizon of three years were calculated.
When finishing the business plan, it was found that there are a lot of potential customers who can be interested in the services of the company, due to the fact that these services can bring excellent benefits for the client’s businesses and to the Colombian economy in general, also, the project is financially viable and will increase the value of the company in COP$53,124,928 (Colombian pesos).
