INTRODUCCIÓN

Emotional intelligence is the ability of a person to manage, understand , select and work your emotions and those of others efficiently and generating positive results.

It is characterized by skills such as motivational skills and persistence in the face disappointments ; impulse control and expression of gratification , mood regulation and avoidance of disorders that alter the ability to think .

Emotions are an important activating energy of the ethical values ​​of the individual and the benefit of a successful social relationships.

Emotional intelligence should reflect both decision making and leadership, technical discussions and personnel matters .

Whereas we must choose good emotions at all times , so that our behavior is optimal. If , in a critical , offend us and we get angry , we are choosing very bad emotions.
