It is important to have a balanced diet because it helps you to have a better life style , in some cases there are some balanced diet for people with diseases as cancer , diabetes , etc…, that balanced diet help them to have a comfortable life. In other cases the balanced diet is used to lose weight, this type of diet it is commonly used by people who have overweight or people that want to be athletic. In other words the balanced diet is very useful because it can help you to fight a disease or also it can help you with the lose of weight, the lose of weight is also used by people who has diseases by the overweight. Now a brief definition of balanced diet: “Is one that helps maintain or improve general health. A healthy diet provides the body with essential nutrition: fluid, adequate essential amino acids from protein, essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, and adequate calories. The requirements for a healthy diet can be met from a variety of plants based and animal based foods. A healthy diet supports energy needs and provides for human nutrition without exposure to toxicity or excessive weight gain from consuming excessive amounts.”
