Main dish

“Hawaiian Pork Meat “

Ingredients:

Pork meat

Black pepper

Pineapple (with its juice)

Onion

Salt

Olive oil

Onion and garlic Salt

Mustard

Procedure:

1. To start peel the onion. Then cut it in slices.

2. Then place the onion with the garlic and onion salt in a bowl with the meat.

3. After that you prepare the pork and place the onion together with it. Add some black pepper, salt and olive oil.

4. Cut the pineapple in little cubes and add it to the pork meat.

5. Place the casserole in the stove until cooked, after it is cooked add on top the pineapple juice.

6. Serve it with the mixture of the pineapple with the onions on top, if you want to you can add some extra pepper and salt.

Dress Code:

The boys in our group will be wearing shorts and a t- shirt with crocs.

Girls in our group will be wearing a mini short, a t-shit with sandals.

All boys and girls will be wearing necklaces and bracelets made of flowers like in Hawaiian style.

DECORATION PLANNING:

Our group will be decorating with hawaiin colorful flowers, coconuts (made of foamy paper), palm trees, colorful umbrellas in the drinks, hawaiin faces like in the picture shown:

‘’Tropical Salad’’

Ingredients:

• 2 Potatoes

• 3 Slices of fresh pineapple

• 2 Apples

• 1 Carrot

• Raisins

• Pecanas/Walnuts

• Mayonnaise and lemon

Procedure:

First you cut the potatoes in cubes, place it in a pan and boil it. Then cut the apple in cubes also the pineapple slices. After this placeeverything in a bowl with the mayonnaise and the lemon juice. For decoration place lettuce, and it’s ready to serve. Enjoy.

‘’Luau Skewer’’

Ingredients:

 Meat

 Garlic

 Soy sauce

 Pineapple

 Baby Onions

 Pepper

 Salt and pepper to taste

 Onion

Procedure:

We cut the meat into pieces the size of a bite and let stand with the garlic, the Soy sauce, one tablespoon of oil, four tablespoons of pineapple syrup, salt and pepper to taste, for a period of thirty minutes. We cut the baby onions into small pieces of three centimeters, only the white part and light green, then the pepper cut into squares. We hooked a piece of meat on skewers sticks, we alternate with the pineapple, bell pepper and baby onions, and repeat it. Enjoy.
