Description of Organizational structure
• Centralization
It is a middle centralization because the power and management levels are not very diverse, but as the power is divided into four it can´t be called a centralized structure.
• Span of control
It is mainly unique but one supervisor has two span of control.
• Departmentalization
It is a functional type of departmentalization in all our departments as all those divisions work that way. That way it will be more efficient, and easier to coordinate.
• Organizational Model
It is a linear organization because as we can see in the chart each person is directly accountable for the one that is immediately above, we chose this one because it is faster for decision making and there is no confusion about who is responsible for what.
Describe the skills for each management level
First line(Employees)
• Human
They will have to be younger workers as they neeed to have a multi cultural perspective, an easy going speech (public relations abilities), they should be technological know-how so they can sell the service effectively and explain it.
• Technical
Experience in their specific tasks , and the public relation department will be submitted into a 2 week training so we can evaluate their performance and give them the job.
• Conceptual
There will be a need for the public relation department to have studies in social skills, and public relations knowledge. For programming there will be needed that they have completed their studies in programming and have labor experience.
Top(Us)
• Human
They will have to be responsible, very committed and loyal to the company, with open minds and optimism.
• Technical
Leadership and Experience to be able to manage the group of younger workers.
• Conceptual
Leadership and psychology studies, so they know how to manage their subordinates, Professional Studies including studies in the Subject of Digital Signage
Identify the theories and current practices of motivation that your enterprise requires.
We will give more flexibility in their schedules if they accomplish what we expect of them, and we will give bonuses to employees every 6 months if they do an outstanding performance, because they will be Younger workers as the jobs we are offering are part of a technological service company in which the younger people are more familiarized.
