This project is made for the sports club Sportium represents an investigation of Fitness in Mexico.
A project that gives the reader a broad overview of the different types of business such as a gym or health club, the first chapter talks about what a competitive analysis, the methods of doing so, its objectives and results you get to do it properly, it is very important this type of analysis because it gives a general idea about the market in which it competes and helps companies generate strategy to follow within the target.
Chapter two is about the fitness in Mexico, as this market has taken much strength in the last decade, the reasons for people to buy a membership in a club and the benefits it has, in addition that tells us about statistics of the sports business. It is very interesting to know this information already that Mexico is a country where the majority of the population is sedentary and do not have the sports culture that other countries have.
Chapter three is the analysis and all the more strong competition from both direct and indirect sportium, we can find the brands racing, a bit of their story each and then a cost-benefit analysis consists of seeing how much is paid for the service and what they offer you, besides seeing some promotions with some of them have. All this leads us to the fourth chapter, which is a general comparative analysis has sportium compared to the competition, and mentions Sport City Sports World as it is direct and strong competition have sportium.
