Explain the following procedures

• Insert cover page
• Insert table
• Insert shapes
• Insert smart art
• Insert headers and footers
• Insert test box
• Insert symbol

Insert cover page:

1.- In the Insert tab, of the group Pages, vlick on Cover.

2.- From the integrated pane, select with a click the cover.

3.- On the inserted cover, it is modified the personalized data in the corresponding fields.

Insert table:

1.- In the Insert ribbon, in the group Table, click on Table.

2.- Select the amount of rows and columns of the table moving on the pane the mouse pointer, then click to finish the inserrtion.

3.- There will appear the tab: Desing and Presentation. Of the ribbon, where you can modify the presentation of the table or you can slect a Table style.

Insert shapes:

1.- In the Insert, group Illustrations, clicks on Shapes.

2.- Whit a click select the desired shape.

3.- With the cursor in form + ,  you draw dragging the mouse pointer until the form is in the desired.

4.- There will appear the tab: Format, where you can modify the characteristics of the inserted shape.

Insert smart art:

1.- In the Insert tab, group Illustrations, click on SmartArt.

2.- In the dialog box Choose a SmartArt Graphic, select the type the List.

3.- Click on OK.

4.- When appearing the graph write the text inside of the figure.

Insert header and footers:

1.- In the Insert tab, group Header and Footer, click on Header.

2.- With a click select the option Edit Header

3.- Type the text to intrduce in the area of the header.

4.- There appears the tab: Desing, where you can modify the charactheristics of the text.

Insert the text box:

1.- In the Insert tab, group Text, click on Textbox.

2.- In the integrated pane, click on the option Draw Text Box.

3.- With the cursor in form of + , you draw dragging the mouse pointer until the form is in the form is in the desired size.
