- OPERATION.
- The teach pendant is not intended to be used for operator use. The teach pendant to be used only for programming or adjustment of the program if required.
- Turn Switch On. (Figure 1A)

- Turn on the Vacuum / Air Pressure Regulator. (Figure 1B)[pic 6]
- Adjust the Vacuum & Air Pressure Regulator; see Model # spreadsheet for min / max settings. (Figure 1B)[pic 7][pic 8]

- Select the corresponding program; see Model # spreadsheet. (Figure 1C)

- Install the required Tip Locator onto the Barrel Holder depending on the size of your needle. (Figure 1D)

- Fill syringe with corresponding epoxy; Fully seat the needle onto syringe and secure onto the barrel holder. (Figure 1E)

- Secure corresponding fixture onto robot alignment pins. (Figure 1F)

- Place corresponding parts onto the fixture. (Figure 1G)

- Purge the material out of the syringe to remove semi-cured material or air pockets. Clean the syringe tip using a paper towel, wipe, or equivalent. (Figure 1H)

- Switch button to RUN. (Figure 1I)

- Push the Start Button. (Figure 1J)

- Repeat purging before dispensing as needed.
- Updating Circle XYZ Coordinates command line.
- Connect the Teach Pendant to adjust the X,Y, Z coordinates. (Figure 2A)

- Press Move on the Teach Pendant and press F1 for center of circle or F2 for start of dispensing location. (Figure 2D)

- Adjust the XYZ coordinates using the Teach Pendant. (Figure 2E)

- Press Enter on Teach Pendant and Press F1 to update to new XYZ coordinates. (Figure 2F)

- Press Enter on Teach Pendant to move cursor to Diameter if also requires updating if no update is needed press ESC on the Teach Pendant.
- Updating Program Line Speed command line.
- As Connect the Teach Pendant to adjust the X,Y, Z coordinates. (Figure 3A)
