HPPH TEST BOARD PROCEDURE
Physical Inspection
This is the first revision, and is performed by the operator checking all the components for damages, no present parts and any scratch than affect the functionally and aesthetic.
Testing Process
All the terminals are connected to a PLC device in order to manipulate their states.
Power On Test.
The tester apply voltage to the board in order to insure than the board turn on, and all the segments of the display are ok, also the Pool/Heating/Spa LEDS
Initial Conditions
On this stage, the PLC device check than compressor, fan and reversible signal are off, if not the Screen will show a prompt whit the component than is always on.
LP Alarm Test.
The Low Pressure alarm is forced by the Tester, opening the LP terminals. With this done the display will appear LP.
HP Alarm Test.
The Hi pressure alarm is forced by the Tester, opening the HP terminals. With this done the display will appear HP.
Flow Alarm Test.
The Flow alarm is forced by the Tester, opening the FLO terminals. With this done the display will appear FLO.
Programing Stage
On this stage of the test, the operator configuring the board features. (like enable the spa, heat-cool, sensor type, delay start compressor).
Also establish the mode and targets of the test. (Like Pool mode, pool set point 77 degree, Spa mode, spa set point 77 degree).
If there is a problem with the programing like: don’t change menus, incorrect parameters, etc. The operator must press the Fail Programing button, to stop the test and reject the board.
