  1. Write about; What type of food should be avoided from your diet? and why? 

The types of foods that I should avoid from my diet are processed foods such as canned, (tuna, sausage) because these contain high concentration of sugar and preservatives in their ingredients, I must also remove from my diet sausages because these have mostly high fat concentration, also fried foods because these absorb saturated fat that over time could be detrimental to health, among the foods that are also recommended to eliminate from foods in 5 foods you should never eat is the Sworfish because these are hunted indiscriminately contain mercury is recommended to replace it with salmon, Canned tomatoes by the levels of preservatives, Strawberry because these are spread pesticides, White chocolate because these when processed lose the original nutrients as antioxidants, Sprout because they grow in the soil and generally they need warm and humid environments contain many bacteria and can make those who eat them sick.

  1. How do fruits and vegetables contribute to staying healthy? What foods protect you from getting sick? 

Fruits and vegetables contribute to keep me healthy because they are nutritious and contain antioxidants, they also supply minerals and fiber that helps prevent cardiovascular diseases, I choose these foods carefully so that as in the case of strawberries and cabbages that grow in the soil or very close do not contain bacteria that can affect health.

There are many foods that protect humans to stay healthy, including dairy. These foods provide calcium to strengthen bones, as well as their benefits for bone and dental health. Also, fruits and vegetables provide vitamins. Low in calories, they contain a lot of minerals, water and help to take care of the metabolism.

Constantly as human beings through marketing and advertising we are being invited to consume different types of foods that are mostly harmful to health. but there are also campaigns that seduce human beings to consume healthy foods, as a spectator of this type of campaigns i recognize that i do not have self control with junk food because sometimes breakfast or lunch and i do not feel comfortable with what i have eaten and i eat again in an exaggerated way and just imagine the taste of tomato sauce in my mouth and how delicious is the hamburger, the chicken kfc, the pizza of jenos pizza, and the delicious roasts of leños and carbon suddenly cause me anxiety and as a consequence they provoke me to eat until my desire is satisfied, regardless of whether the junk food contains excess saturated fats, cholesterol, sugar and salt, and i am aware that this may bring my health consequences in the future, the truth is that i love to eat, but as the people who are part of my social circle told me that i had gained weight, i started looking alternatives for less weight and the first thing i found on the internet and as a recommendation of the familiy, and friends would be to stop focusing on the problems because it causes emotional disarray either by family problems, work, couple or day to day inconveniences, and the most important was to make a balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, fish, chicken, milk, that these provide me with fibers, proteins, carbohydrates, mineral vitamins, omega3, and supplements that do well for my health, although it is difficult to diet little by little i also decreased the consumption of soft drinks, sausages, fried foods, and different types of meats replacing them with fruits, vegetables and vegetables, fish, and natural juices, although over time i have left the diet because it has been difficult for me to adapt to a kind of food that i do not consume permanently and break the diet.
