BALANCED FOOD.
INTRODUCTION
The balanced food is one that combines a food from each of the three basic groups in each hour of the meal. Of the three time, Breakfast is the most important because it gives us the energy that is needed to start the day well. Eating well is essential for everyday life. The amount of proteins, fats, sugars, vitamins and other nutrients is essential for our body to function properly, so it is very important to talk about nutrition and its classification, as this will help us to provide our body, food and ingest. Because each person is responsible for modifying or destroying their organisms.
A balanced food is characterized by consuming products from the three food groups at each meal.
- Meat, dairy products and eggs, they are foods of protein origin.
- Fruits and vegetables provide vitamins.
- The cereals, legumes and tubers provide carbohydrates and vegetable proteins.
- Fat products are used as a caloric supplement.
- Consuming a food from each group at all meals ensures caloric requirements and daily nutrients.
ADVANTAGE.
- Improves overall health status reflected in good physical appearance.
- Increases the organism's defenses or antibodies, contributing to avoid contagion of diseases.
- It favors the growth and execution of organs.
- It prevents illnesses related to excessive or deficient nutrient consumption.
- When you are pregnant, your baby is born healthy and strong.
DISADVANTAGES.
- You have to learn how to select foods well.
- You should limit your intake of red meats.
- You have to have enough time and patience to prepare the Mediterranean dishes.
CONCLUSION
Carrying out a balanced diet is vitally important for our physical, mental and emotional well-being. In this way we can lead a healthy life, in addition, they ingest the necessary amounts of nutrients, vitamins and proteins that our body requires to function and maintain a good weight and an adequate state of health.
For this it is recommended:
VARIETY: The greater the variety of food, the lower the risk of becoming ill due to lack or excess of a nutrient.
