Dear Sir/Madam.

I am writing to tell you I´m not pleased with the sweater, Model #SE370, color black, size CH although, the sweater is very pretty, it has many fails for this reason I was completely dissatisfied. I bought this sweater on your store located on Dorada Mall in Puebla City, the last week.

First of all, I think that this was a deceit becausethe sweater was broke before I had even wear it. In addition, the sweater fray without reason, when I was checking for wear it, after that I have only wore it once time, and I looked that the handles of the sweater were beginning to deteriorate without reason, andas I said only wore once time for a few hours or even not wearing.

Secondly, when I was checking is it had some other problem, my surprise was that the sweater had many problems more,I found that the sweater had been a big size it doesn´t I was size little that I bought, I was quite angry, and I remember one of theirs advertisements, and this was the complete opposite to the Nautica Inc. announce on TV, and I didn´t understand.

Finally, the sweater had not logo Nautica Inc. instead, it was a legend that said Nautic, and that was also causing more damage inside of the sweater what is more, there was some label with specifications, immediately I thought that nothing in this sweater was correct, and it was horrible because, the first time that I had bought your products and I was quite disappointed.

I am very annoyed. I would like to have my money back again, like an the advertisement that you have and I want a guarantee for every clothes that you sell, and also make the clothes with better material than today you use and I really like to have my money again cause I don’t paid for a lemons thing. I hope to hear from you regarding this matter as soon as possible.
