Along with postgraduate education in HR management, my work experience in the field will assist me in successfully fulfilling a role in Human Resources.

I am extremely proficient in processing and maintaining filing systems for employees, one of the most important functions of an HR Assistant. I am also highly skilled in assisting the department with various HR-related activities such as maintaining and updating organizational charts, updating department information on the company website and strategic planning activities.

Furthermore, I take pride in my capability and expertise in providing administrative support to the company’s business partners where required in addition toassisting with the company’s compensation and appraisal programs. My ability to exercise sound judgment in times of crisis and great creativity providing new ideas in brainstorming sessions when addressing challenges are the reasons why I was the recipient of many strong performance reviews in my previous places of employment.
