1. Introduction
XXX Group and XXXX Investments (“Owner”) have partnered to develop a mixed-use complex with a major residential component (the “Project”) to be located in Monterrey, México. XXXXX has been appointed as developer and will coordinate all aspects of consultant selection, design, approvals, construction and operational start-up of the Project.
2. Project Design Expectations
The Project’s goal is to create a mixed-use development in Monterrey integrated with the community around, with no precedents and set a national benchmark for these kinds of developments. Synchronicity Project should offer a XXXXXX and XXXXXXXX concept to be perceived as an excellent investment by condo buyers and as a favorite place to visit, work or stay by retail, office users respectively and for people doing business in Monterrey as well.
3. Land Restrictions

4. Target Market:
Synchronicity project pretends to be positioned as a development with exclusiveness with a XXXX concept, integrated with the community around and have the retail area be the point of reunion for the people working or living nearby.

5. Project Overall Description:

The design criteria shall be focused to a correct “integration” and “adaptation” for the different uses and the community; following a strong Sustainable Architecture that will prevail as a guideline throughout the Project.
It is intended to somehow connect the Synchronicity site to the Connexity site, each one with its own atmosphere.
