SIMPLE PRESENT

The simple present tense indicates an action in the present time which is not finished.

This can be an habitual action or a general truth.

Examples:

Habitual action___________ I go to the school

General Truth____________ The Sky is blue

First person_____________     I

                                           We                + verb in present simple

                                           They                to be___ is, are, am

Thred person____________           He

                                           She        + verb in present simple

                                           It                   to be______ is, are, am

PRESENT CONTINUOS

The present continuos is used to speak what is happening at the present moment in time.

It is used also to talk about what is happening around the moment in time or refer to things that are planned for the future.

Examples:

Action which is happening________ She is watching a movie

Happening around the moment________ you are doing a work for the school

                                                            I am doing the PPP for the school

Thing planned for future_____________ He is going to answer the phone
