As you know, when youre dreaming you dont realize you are actually dreaming, but there is a certain kind of dream in which you know youre

dreaming, it is called lucid dream.

A lucid dream is when you are aware that you are dreaming. Is the ability to "wake up" in your dreams. In a lucid dream, the dreamer

has greater chances to control over their participation within the dream or be able to manipulate their imagination in the dream. Lucid dreams

can be realistic and vivid.

There is some confusion about the difference between lucidity and dream control. The two are related, but one can happen without the other.

enough to have a great impact on your dream—you may accept some aspects of your dream that you would not normally accept in the

ordinary world (you may not find
