DREAMS

The dream, as an act of sleeping is a uniform resting state of an organism. In contrast to the waking state, when the being is awake, sleep is characterized by low levels of physiological activity (blood pressure, respiration, heartbeat) and a lower response to external stimuli. A dream can include any of the images, thoughts and emotions that are experienced during sleep. Dreams depend greatly on one's imagination but there is a great possibility that they are related with reality symbolically

Did you ever asked why do we dream? Thats a question that not only you are waiting for an answer. Since ancient times several theories emerged but no one couldn´t give a real answer. However, it is important to consider that science is still unraveling the exact purpose and function of sleep itself.

Many animals and some people tend to wake, or experience a period of very light sleep, for a short time immediately after a bout of REM.

Another interesting fact is that only 1 people out of 100 can dream in collor

Another is that the human brain is responsible for many complex creations, but it can’t invent the image of people. So the “strangers” that you meet in your dreams actually have the faces of people who you’ve once seen in your real life but forgotten, like your childhood mailman or that guy bumped into on the
