- Field Labels: when a word applies to a specialized area of study, such as chemistry or law, an abbreviation alerts a reader to the specialized meaning.
- Related words: words based on the defined word appear, with their part of speech, at the end of the definitions.
- Synonyms and Antonyms: if any. Synonyms are words that are close in meaning; Antonyms are words that are opposite in meaning to the word defined.
