Not all people have a car but do they have to go to work, school or anywhere else in the city so they take the public transportation. The work of public transport is transport users to their destination in a safe and comfortable way, but most of the time is not like that.
In our city there are different types of public transportation which we can mention the bus, the metro, the transmetro, the ecovía and the Metrobus, they’re the most used in the Metroplitana area. These transports don’t do their job, most of the buses are in a bad condition, for example, the seats are broken and scratched, there’s no hygiene, without mention that the drivers drive as they want, and they not care about how full is the bus.
In the case of the subway is the same situation as the bus, the driver and security guards that are in each station do not care how full the subway is. In stations like Cuahtemoc, Padre Mier, Universidad & Exposición is where the subway is Fuller, and literally, a person is over another.
This what we just to mention are only some of the reality of public transport, not all of us like to use it, but it is a necessity, and we believe that as users who pay for their use, we must have better conditions in them.
