The next writing will talk about the importance of developing people as human beings. However it’s also important to develop people in a professional way so the organization can improve day by day. Also it will acknowledge the work some organizations have done to improve the wellbeing of its people. Analyzing both of this approaches of training will teach you how developing the people in a professional and human way is a key to success.
Some of the best companies and organizations have a little secret that is the key to their success and they accomplish this success with “Manners”, easy as that, the people in charge to deal with the costumers are the kindest so the costumer can feel comfortable and this makes the interaction between the organization and the costumers very easy. The costumers end up with great satisfaction and this makes them prone to come back.
Therefore training the people in the organization as human beings is a great advantage they won’t just be little robots doing their job and making their part but this will create a suitable workplace for anybody that wants to join the organization or anyone that it’s already working in it. Everybody has had a coworker that is awful to work with. There’s always that awkward guy that don’t want to talk with anyone, the grumpy guy that doesn’t want to be there, and any example of a non-desirable coworker. Here is when the human being developing programs come they help people become more empathic, communicative, and better at the team work.
But does this kind of training alone will help? Well the human part will help with human interaction within the company and also outside of it with other organizations but the organization need to improve professionally also so it can grow more broadly it will expand its capabilities in every way. Training the people of the organization in a professional way will bring some benefits and advantages to the organization such as:

Making programs that the people has to go through gives the staff so much more to offer after they have finished the training developing programs. Some companies that apply this kind of programs are Seattle Genetics, Amazon, Bonobos, AT&T, Marriot International Inc. all of this very successful companies. For example let’s take Amazon they are one of the biggest organizations worldwide with 245,200 employees and it offer their employees an intensive, month-long training and leadership program prior to hire so they can develop professionally and personally. A “Virtual Contact Center” trains employees to work from home. Teal Pennebaker, corporate communications manager says they apply this programs so the new employees can learn the technical part and also the make them feel part of the company, part of something bigger.
