Se ha visto en el presente trabajo la Calidad desde una perspectiva diferente. Perspectiva que hace hincapié en la responsabilidad ética que debe tener la empresa, directivos y empleados, para darle cumplimiento a cada uno de los requisitos contemplados en la Norma ISO 9001-2008, en cuanto a la obligación de generar servicios de cálida.
