CAPÍTULO I

RESUMEN

El presente informe se resume, en pretender dar claridad a un tema actual de gran importancia, teniendo en cuenta el historial que reposa en el Municipio de Itagüí.

La utilidad de esta investigación, va enfocada al análisis de la problemática, para el desarrollo de sugerencias que puedan ayudar a dar soluciones efectivas y puntuales a los problemas que se presentan en la actualidad con el maltrato infantil en el Municipio de Itagüí.

De igual forma este trabajo busca servir como base de investigación, para otros futuros trabajos que busquen recaudar diferentes fuentes de información con un mismo enfoque.

También para que las autoridades y entidades competentes del Estado Colombiano, analicen de fondo la presente investigación y sus diferentes fuentes informativas, y así poder diseñar diferentes estrategias, que puedan asegurar la solución del problema que se presenta de manera tal que esta pueda verse no solo en el presente sí, no también en el futuro, partiendo de los modelos implementados en otros países que son eficaces.

Para el desarrollo del presente trabajo se presentarán III capítulos que serán presentados de la siguiente manera: En el primer capítulo se definirá el concepto de maltrato infantil y sus modalidades, en las cuales se presenta. A continuación, se evidenciará los casos de maltrato infantil, que se tienen registrados en el Municipio de Itagüí. Finalmente se estudiará como procede en materia de protección de derechos humanos, el Municipio de Itagüí en la población infantil dentro del marco familiar.

ABSTRAC

The present report is summarized, in seeking to clarify a current topic of great importance, taking into account the history that lies in the MUNICIPALITY OF ITAGÜÍ.

The usefulness of this research is focused on the analysis of the problem, for the development of suggestions that can help to provide effective and timely solutions to the problems that currently present with child abuse in the MUNICIPALITY OF ITAGÜÍ.

In the same way, this paper seeks to serve as a research base for other future works that seek to collect different sources of information with the same approach.

Also, for the competent authorities and entities of the COLOMBIAN STATE, to analyze in depth the present investigation and its different sources of information, and to be able to design different strategies, that can assure the solution of the problem that is presented in such a way that it can be seen not only In the present yes, not also in the future, starting from the models implemented in other countries that are effective.

For the development of this paper, three chapters will be presented, which will be presented as follows: The first chapter will define the concept of child abuse and its modalities, in which it is presented. The following will show the cases of child abuse, which are registered in the MUNICIPALITY OF ITAGÜÍ. Finally, ITAGÜÍ MUNICIPALITY in the child population within the family will be studied as it proceeds in the matter of protection of human rights.
