Why young people prefer to live in cities?
Nowadays, youth have in mind what are they going to do after their last years of high school. There are some factors that are indispensable for planning their life, for example, where are they going to apply for a suitable job for them and decent education too. What first comes to their mind is a city, a place where anyone can find everything the world can provide.
On the first hand, the young people have as an objective to get a degree to later apply for a sustainable job. The most prestigious universities and colleges of a country are mainly in the capital city or the most populated cities of that country. In addition, the city provides a lot of benefits for university students, such as discount on bookshops or apartments.
On the other hand, if a young adult is looking for a job without education or degree, it will turn into a nightmare to apply for him. Most of the times, application for jobs asks for experience on work, what it is fairly inconvenient for a student of university. Nevertheless, there are many jobs they can apply for in restaurants or supermarkets.
Taking everything into consideration, it would be profitable for young people to look for a university in a populous city than work because they would need experience on working if they would like to apply for a job, and the best universities are found in there. Indeed, they should look for a job after their studies or apply for one as a waiter, receptionist, or cashier, because the salary is enough to pay the cost of living in a city (apartment, food, and taxes).
