Introduction:
In the present work, we speak about the laws, rights and obligations of the Mexican people. Our constitution has 136 laws but in this presentation, we speak about the more important things that the Mexican society do every day. Obligations are rules, laws and regulations governing our coexistence in society. That someone is forced to do.
Obligations:
An obligations is the situation in which a person has to give, do, or do not something
The Mexicans have to many obligations which do not complied of the obligations. You should to be honest and transparent government actually carried out never.
What government should do is to remove laws and put a new or promote some law with respect, seeing welfare the society.
Can be divided into two:
Obligations to do: Those in which what you have to do is a fact or positive action than the delivery of the thing
Obligation not to do: it is not an obligation that must be carried out and could harm the citizenry.
Obligations of Mexicans.
The mexicans have to know their obligations and comply all.
The mexicans have to going to a basic school for have work.
the mexican have to pay taxes because if you do not pay going to be punished with jail.
The mexicans have to vote in elections but really don´t.
The mexicans have to register their babies.
The mexicans men have to perform their military service to be eighteen years old
The mexicans have to process the credential for vote the elections.
Rights of Mexicans:
The constitución has 136 laws. But in the next text we will mention the most importants:
The Mexican have
The right to freedom, abolishing slavery and granting freedom to any individual within the national territory.
The right to free expression, association and movement, essential freedoms of the Mexican nation.
The right to education, and this is granted by the State in a free and secular.
The right to possess firearms for self-defense and security.
The right to strike and organize workers into unions.
Right to freedom of religious profession.
Round up to 8 hours.
Right to decent and socially useful
Covering individual guarantees of Article 1 to 29 and 123 of the Constitution constitutional.
