He was found dead in the bathtub of his apartment in the Marais district in Paris, France, where he lived with his partner, Pamela Courson (although there are many other versions of his death, including the idea of suicide and murder). It said he died of cardiac arrest, according to his death certificate.
There are those who question the official version, claiming that the circumstances were rather strange. They said the father of Jim pulled the body of her son in the cemetery to take the United States, but sources Père Lachaise, the famous cemetery where he was buried, ensure that no one can take a body without management's knowledge. Jim Morrison died at age 27 like other famous musicians like Brian Jones, Robert Johnson, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Kurt Cobain and Amy Winehouse. His epitaph is written in ancient Greek ( "ΚΑΤΑ ΤΟΝ ΔΑΙΜΟΝΑ ΕΑΥΤΟΥ") which translates as "true to his own spirit" (or "according to his own demon").
Recently, Marianne Faithfull revealed to British magazine Mojo in August 2014 that Jean de Breteuil allegedly facilitated high purity heroin Jim Morrison, head of his death.20
