PROBLEM
How does the rock music affects in the psychological health of adolescents between 13 and 17?
Specific Objectives:Conduct surveys to mothers whose children are those ages.
Investigate all aspects of rock music from its origins to the present. Interview psychologists, and
ask them about the influence that this of rock music in the formation and integrity of the young.
JUSTIFICATION.
The integration of the groups or societies are made through socialization,where they acquire the
culture and once integrated act or behave according to standards and other means used by the
control social. This diverse range of societies,groups and cultures along with the uniqueness of
people a number of differences arise in the process of socialization and social control, they can
not achieve total uniformity in the compliance of people with values models, guidelines, standards
or rules of social behavior. In every age and place have been, are and will be individuals and
groups who are isolated away, reject or violate the norms of social behavior to a greater or lesser
degree, it not adapted to the rules,producing a deviation of which as it tends to produce
generalizedanomie or non- acceptance or rejection of the rules, in other words, the deviation. As
we lead the study, analysis and implementation of the present investigation. Therefore ,its
importance lies in the influence that rock music has on young people and adolescents, between 13
and 17.All this is a particular, through a series of factors in the psychosocial field, concerning the
influence of rock music in teenagers, that rock music is a cultural extensively adopted by new
generations, often due to violent content and degenerates that contains both the music and
sometimes in the lyrics, and as a way to express feelings of rebellion, anger and sadness in the
young.
LITERATURE REVIEW
Social psychology: It is a based on the study of the underlying dynamic in society and the
relationship between man and his socio-cultural environment that surrounds it, as it is, the social
groups that comprise it, an organization which belongs. This branch of psychology applied to
education mental health, human resource development, organization and institutions. According
to Rodríguez E. (1997), The social psychology not only interested in the description of the
components of man´s social conscieousness as the value and attitudes, but also how the individual
acquires these components.
Psychological health : It is related to the customs and requirements of society, which vary the
concept that we can take it. In this broad sense, suggests a degree of happiness and satisfaction
under conditions that enable the individual to talk about their psychological health adaptation.
