The article deals mainly with the serious problems which had plagued Colombia in various aspects for decades, between them, delinquency, violence, economic situation and especially the impotence of the government to see his reaction to these problems was entirely invalid.

It was a time very complex in regard to the social, Colombians lived fear, fear of not being able to exit quietly in the family to a shopping center or to an amusement park without the fear of being received with a pump, and finish with the father of the family including children abducted.
