Compulsory structure to follow

  • Current scenario

[Briefly describe –in your own words- the scenario presented to you in this document. It’s highly recommended for you to research additional information about the organisation at stake. This section should not exceed 400 words.]

  • Core problem

[Identify in a single sentence the main problem in this scenario.]

  • Critical factors

Critical Factor 1

Critical Factor 2

Critical Factor 3

[Be very accurate when naming each critical factor. There are several conflicts in the scenario, but this is your chance to demonstrate you understanding of B2B procedures by identifying the 3 critical factors and justify why you have chosen them.]

  • Alterative Solutions

Provide a solution to each of the critical factors stated previously.

Solution for critical Factor 1

Provide a description of your proposed solution, +/- 200 words

Solution for critical Factor 2

Provide a description of your proposed solution, +/- 200 words

Solution for critical Factor 3

Provide a description of your proposed solution, +/- 200 words

[Deliver a proposal to solve each critical factor in an isolated way.]

  • Recommendation

[Choose only one of your proposed solutions –from the previous section- and put it forward as your recommendation in no more than three lines.]

  • Rationale

[Justify in less than 400 words why you consider your recommendation to be the most appropriate, considering the organisation at stake can only execute on one of the solutions presented.]

Heads up! Keep in mind that sections “Critical factors” and “Alternative solutions” are marked the highest in your analysis. Make sure the length and depth of your analysis in these sections is sufficient to provide evidence of understanding key concepts of the course.
