HOTEL MANAGER

For being a hotel manager first of all you need to have experience in all kind of services and hotels situations, could actually be front desk, concierge , bell services, food & beverage, etc.;. To please the guests and make them feel like home.

For being a hotel manager there are some requirements and responabilities that have to deal with; strategically market solutions, giving the enterprise a planning’s and organized accommodations services to all guest requirements, but steal getting all catering and all others hotel services. Promoting every marketing services business, manage budgets and financials plans of the hotel enterprise business, as well as maintaining strategically and target market financials records that should be setting by sells enterprise profits.

A hotel manager should be able to recruit, train and monitor staff by the planning works schedules for an individual cast members needs; this could be monitories by having meetings and greetings with all of the customizers needs as well as the employments needs.

Deal with customer complaints and comments have v] never being easy to an enterprise, but a manger should be able to take care of giving the best quality service that the gust must expect of the cast members. That’s why a hotel manager should keep in touch with all guests’ requirements and demands addressing problems and troubleshooting.

A hotel manager should be able to run smoothly service by supervising maintenance, supplies, innovations and furnishing demands trends.

Dealing with customers service have never be easy to follow trends so a manager should be able to follow new trends and constantly and a have a creativity concepts of new tendencies that the market is following up to be able to be realize competition market profits by a secure and effective processes.

These could be made by supervising maintenance, supplies, renovating systems and furnishing with the lasts trend that the markets offer.

That’s why a hotel manger should be able to deal with interns and externs contractors concerns to ensure a productibility, efficiencies and productivility service to interns and extern customers; by carrying out inspections of properties and services, ensuring compliance with license laws, health, safety and other statutory demands.

As you could see a hotel manager should have less contact with gests but should be able to spend time doing meetings heads of every department to coordinate and monitorate the progress of the business strategies.

Looking as a review of all the specific duties that a hotel manager has, is why I’m personally is interested with the whole operation manager duty I’m interested with, because it involved the whole profit and management of a quality service results could be tied off. Like make the guests feels like home and he money they are spending is worth it for a family
