- General Description
SAU-01A/SAU-02A/SAU-03A/SAU-02B digital user loop equipment is developed and manufactured through board software development and based on part of access equipment, it is a new type of user loop equipment.
The equipment is connected with transmission equipment through 2M interfaces, and conducting communication between local end and remote end through optical transmission platform. The equipment provides multiple service interfaces, and suits for many application fields.
The equipment communicates with Element Management Unit (EMU) of network management system through MBUS interface on backboard, and unitedly managed over optical transmission supervision system.
The equipment provides Common Channel Signaling software and Channel Associated signaling software so that connection with other equipment becomes more convenient, application arrange is expanded and succession strengthened.
SAU-01A/SAU-02A/SAU-03A/SAU-02B digital user loop equipment and DN1601 equipment, together with optical transmission series equipment of FiberHome can construct an integrated point-to-point network solution, which applies to telecommunication network, data communication network and other dedicated network of Telecom, Electric Power, Army and Railway Department, etc.
Equipment Structure
The equipment adopts standard 19” rack, composed of 19” sub-rack, backboard, and board. Access control board, cross-connect board, test board and power supply board have fixed location on the rack, while other SIF slots are available for different service interface boards. EMU board and network software will be configured to satisfy the request for network management system. Pay attention to the difference between the four types of equipments: SAU-01A is configured with a 7U board vertically-inserted structure, while SAU-02A a 5U board vertically-inserted structure, SAU-03A a 6U board vertically-inserted structure, SAU-02B a 2U horizontally-inserted structure.
- Board Structure
According to the dimension, board is divided into 5U board and 7U board, SAU-01A adopts 7U board, SAU-02A, SAU-03A and SAU-02B adopt 5U board.
According to the function, board is divided into control board, cross-connect board, test board, power board and service interface board with different configuration for each.
Access control board and cross-connect board consist of 2M access control board (AC2), 4E1 access control board (AC4), access control board (AC8), line concentration board (2CMUX) and 8E1 cross-connect board (8E1X), which are the core of control system, and responsible for centralized supervisory on services. Its location on the rack is fixed.
Test board (TST) is in charge of the test for user line, user terminal and user wire. Its location on the rack is relatively fixed.
Power board consists of power board and power ringing board, and only one is chosen to perform power conversion.
The position of service interface board is not fixed. Multiple service interface boards provide multiple service interfaces and fulfill various service access. Service interface board includes: subscriber-end voice interface board (SCH, SCHK), exchange-end voice interface board (ECH, ECHK), 2/4 wire audio-frequency interface board (2/4W), RS232 interface board (D232), bus RS232/485 interface board (232/485), 64K co-directional data interface board (D64), E/M interface board (EM), magnet interface board (RD), MOS interface board (MOS), Hi-fi voice interface board (HFi), V35 interface board (V.35), V.35/2M transit board (V35), transparent U interface board (TU), G.SHDSL interface board (HDSL), ADSL interface board (ADSL) and etc.
