I think the level that each country has is reflected in their economy because they have to protect their territory. If exist any dispute their army is going to defend the power in worldwide, as U.S is located in first place, therefore if you think about attacking a country must have a very good strategy to win and not because if you not you will win a strong enemy. In Mexico we have a very poor army, our goverment not spent on it. In the current state Mexico is neutral because always we support to the united states. Is not convenient for us to be against US because we depend of our neighboring country adding that they ihave big power ove rus, the US goverment rule our economy and development in every development areas.
