Web Connector’s Guide

Steps:

1. Go to your Remote Desktop Application and click twice on it to open it.

2. Enter BioAge1 password: W8rt$cde

3. After the Windows platform is completely loaded, open Quickbooks.

4. I use Dr. Roland’s credentials to access QB. Enter them and QB will be opened.

5. The reason to open Quickbooks before thw Web Connector application, is because the web connector use QB’s information to run. Now, once Quicbooks is opened, double click on Quickbooks Web Connector App, which is located in the desk.

6. Will pop up a box.

7. To update it, add a check on the checkbox, as the example below. Then click on Update selected button.

8. If the Web Connector fails, try to click on “update selected” from 3 to 5 times until you see that is up and running.

What to do if Web Connector fails?

1. You will receive a “Sending error message to application” message, which means that the application is failing

Find out which order was the last taken by Quickbooks and compare it with CC, to do this you need to go to Profit and Loss report in QB, then click on Bac Income and scroll down to find last customer updated, once you have it (e.x. Wallace Bishop was the last one, it means that the one is causing the failure is Britt James), Go to corecommerce and change the status to pending.

2. Go to the web connector and click on “Updated Selected”.
