Borned in Mexico in a small town, the best of his class during middle school, high school and college, at age 18 served as a missionary on behalf of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Los Angeles, California, place where he developed his language skills and learned English by his own in just two years, after this time he came home and started studied international business and during that time found a job at Bank of America when it recently opened in Mexico, started as a cashier and then went up to his current position in the company and as he got there started with a lot of different people their own bank called Deseret Bank also during this time got certificated in international business environments and business operations and proficiency in English from Cambridge, also received countless diplomas from different colleges in Mexico after going to Math contest and speaking competitions. now talking about the Deseret Bank, was founded on 2017 under 12 CEO´s from different banks with the intention to create a new kind of bank that would help to develop the economy in Mexico, the name of the bank Deseret means in Hebrew honeycomb and the main idea is to represent the unity that we need in order to work and to develop different qualities specially in order to build something and be successful.

The slogan of the company is “working together, doing good Together” which represents the main idea of the founders that decided to work in the creation of this bank in order to make more successful this country and to be a source of help to others just in order to make more competitive the Pymes and to create financial plans to loan money to people with lower incomes in order to start their own company and then with a really good plan of payments to recover the money.

Our company after his creation went global because of the great plans that we have in order to be a financial loan company and also a bank, some of our biggest competitions nowadays are HSBC, JP Morgan, Bancomer and Bank of America.

We started our company with a great commitment of helping all of those entrepreneurs from Mexico where the bank was founded and after 3 years we started to go global to different countries starting in all South America and then going to Europe and Asia.

Now we are committed with the whole world to help them receive the help that they need to start their own business and also help those that already have their small business until the huge enterprises that cover the world.

Vision

From the beginning the idea was to help the whole world work together in order to build a better place to live to those that didn’t have the chance to grow in a wealthy home and give them the chance to start their own.

We have different visions the principal one was to help our country at the moment of the foundation of the bank, after we have helped our people we decided to start with those countries that didn’t have the same opportunity and where we taught that the people really need it some help and at the same time we planned to help those from the other different countries where they have a great financial stability in order to help them control their currency and keep it working preventing and facing different world while challenges.

Now our firm is one of the biggest ones in the world not only loaning money to particular and companies but also in taking care of the finances of different enterprises, making their money keep running and working in a global economy system.
