HOLI FESTIVAL

Holi is one of the biggest festival of colors in Indian tradition celebrates to mark the beginning of spring. Holi is a day when people of many different ethnicities and cultural backgrounds come together and spread color on each other, symbolizing cross-cultural dialogue.

This incredibly festival has an ancient origin and celebrates the triumph of “good” over “bad”, the colorful festival bridges the social gap and renew sweet relationships. Quite impressive, right?

 Activities include Indian games for all age groups, water games and plenty of colors. The most cheerful “party” I ever hear about it.

Holi also has religious significance according to Hindu tradition, and has been celebrated for thousands of years in India and in other parts of the world.

I think if Peruvian people celebrate a festival like this, would be a great successful, possibly not the most important but a relevant one, considering the many festivals we already have, besides it think it would be a new way to be friendly with each other, I mean, with people we don’t know.

I know it’s going to be a huge event if it’s celebrated in summer.

Holi es una de las mayores fiestas de colores en la tradición india celebra para conmemorar el comienzo de la primavera. Holi es un día en que la gente de diferentes etnias y culturas se unen y se extienden del color en la otra, que simboliza el diálogo intercultural.

Este increíblemente festival tiene un origen antiguo y celebra el triunfo de la "buena" sobre "malo", el festival colorido puentes la brecha social y renovar relaciones dulces. Bastante impresionante, ¿verdad?

Creo que si los peruanos celebran un festival como este, sería un gran éxito, posiblemente no la más importante, pero uno relevante, teniendo en cuenta los muchos festivales que ya tenemos, además de que creo que sería una nueva forma de ser amable con los demás , es decir, con la gente que no conocemos.
Sé que va a ser un gran evento si se celebra en verano.
