Do you think is ethical human having the rights to take on their own hands the creation of life? Threw time we have the opportunity to observe how technology had advanced. Everyday scientists develop something new for the progress of human kind and we have seen this with the artificial intelligence, robotics, computers, medicine, etc…. Like we all now, the medicine field have many roots, but the one who got my attention is the cloning of human being. There are many effects that will occur if people approve the act of cloning.
One important effect about accepting the human cloning is that will affect our genetic identity. The genetic element is not everything in our personality, because there are another elements that make us a unique human being, like our spiritual belief, culture, ideals, religion and others. These elements make every person different. When you take part of the DNA from a person, for making this kind of experiment you are corrupting this privileges. For this reason I believe we should not accept this action.
Another effect about accepting the human cloning is that will take the right of be ourselves. It would be a violation to this right because it would be a being genetically identical like you. The aspect of a human being brace in the conscious of every person that we are ourselves and not another person. The consequence of this act will affect the clone when he notice it was created this way, it would have the opportunity to discover himself like a unique human being and that he is different from another. This was another reason that explains to us why we should not accept this act.
Finally, another effect of human cloning is the liberty of this person who was created. Maybe it was created in a laboratory and with a DNA from another human being, but is a person. But then we asked ourselves, that there should be a reason for the creation of these persons. And then for this person to have liberty it should be consider a real human being, and this would bring controversy. In this situation cloning not only affected us, affected them too.
In conclusion, if somebody approves the act of cloning it would bring effects that would be incorrigible. This would break everything we know, we would go against our principles. This is the reason I think we never should support this.
