Technology alter the way teachers teach and students learn. To form the best handling of information and communication technologies (ICT), schools need a useful plan to absolutely integrate it into all aspects of the educational program so students are educated how, why, and when to use technology to further add to their learning.
However, many schools confusion this as include information and communication technologies into the curriculum. School personnel need to make an analysis what ICT is available and what would best serve the school's function, not simply buy the newest equipment. There should be a administration stating how ICT is going to benefit students’ development and what teachers want pupils to accomplish. Staff members need to be clear about what they want ICT to do for them before they can start incorporating it into their class.

Some teachers may be opposing, especially if they have not had much experience with computers, therefore, training teachers is essential in implementing ICT into the school curriculum. Personnel members must feel implicated in the process of access technology, and in learning how to work it, in order for them to increase their confidence in using ICT as a curriculum tool.
