Is Japan a really good culture?The Japanese culture dates back to 10,000BC.The videogame consoles and games you play, mostly, come from Japan, also the anime and manga(comics) originated in Japan, yet, even after being a really good culture there are some problems regarding a virtual girlfriend game and the child birth rate.

In fact, Japan is also called the home of videogames since most videogames you play are programmed in Asia and about 70% of those released in America are designed in Japan. Also, 60% of the gamer market is dominated by the Japanese alone.Needless to say, videogames play a prominent role in Japanese culture.The gaming culture is so great in Japan that there is even an entire district of Tokyo dedicated to the videogame industry. Akihabara is home to stores and shops that sell nothing but electronics, software, manga , anime and videogames.

Naturally, anime influences Japanese lifestyle, anime is seen by teenagers and even adults, whenever you enter a cafe 3-5 people are watching anime, at home the teenagers tune in the TV to watch anime and even professionals watch it.From this, it can be said that anime movies have a certain influence on people, especially on Japanese people.Love Plus is a game that has anime graphics , it is a dating sim developed and published by Konami for the Nintendo DS handheld video game console. Although it was released in Japan September 3, 2009, it has not been released outside Japan.People who play this cite that 2-Dimensional women will never cheat on you, never ask you to do anything, never get pregnant and never spend any of your hard earned money. Love Plus should be banned because it is ruining the life of many Japanese men even if they think the other way, having a virtual girlfriend should be a taboo.

Also,another problem in Japan is the really low child birth rate, which continues to decrease Japan’s rate (7.31 births per year per 1,000 people), already the world’s lowest, is still dropping. Schools are closing due to the low birth rate, since 25pct of the Japanese population is over 65years old and 50,000 of those are over 100years old, also Japans population may shrink by 33% in 40 years which is really worrying.Economic may decline as well as the population, even though the income for producing anime helps the economy a lot, it may decline since too many people are getting their pension paid.

In conclusion, Japan is a top country that produces entertaining stuff like videogame consoles, anime and comics, but unfortunately , the child birth rate is one of the lowest in the world and it continues to decrease. Japan should change in the birth rate aspect aswell as banning the game Love Plus since it is ruining the life of many Japanese men.
