Redaction: Discrimination

I think that considering discrimination as a crime depends a lot on the level the people uses it and why. I think that punishing the people who abuse of the discrimination is a nice way to make them understand that they are not doing the correct things, but it also can be a soft one.

For example, a person who thinks he is the best can discriminate another who maybe is a bit timid, then the second one can simply ignore the other, like all the other people. The problem is when the other people support the person who discriminates. They should definetly not support him, or the consequences could be very dangerous for the other person. If it happens this way, the first who discriminates should be punished, make him understand what is happening and what is he doing wrong.

Personally I think this is a bigger problem that people imagines, and one solution (I just think) could be making know those timid persons to not still muted, to defend themselves, being smarter than the ignorant ones, not like them.
