Being A Chef

Being a Chef is not that easy that you might thoug, but besides it is hard, it also can be cool, interesting, apasionant, and even funny at times.

When you are starting to be a Chef, and you like this job, it might be so apasionant for you develop new knowledges about cooking, or improve them, and if really want to be a chef, you will fell so comfortable at working, but this does not mean that it is going to be a piece of cake, beacuase when you are a Chef you have to be so focus at working  in order to cook a delicious saucer, and it is not only how it taste but it is how it smells, you can´t give away a saucer that smells so stinky  too, how it looks, the presentation of a saucer  is so important, it must look appetizing and wonderfull, for a quality restaurant you have to have quality items, wines, these are foundamental to accompany the saucer, so you must serve a smooth wine, the smoother it is, the most quality it has, a chef must know when a bread is of good quality too, how they distinguish a quality bread without try it?  not how it smells, neither the color it has, but by the crunchy sound of the cortex, thoso are a basic knowledges for the chef, but are knowledge that you gain with experience and errors, every chef al list once in his life have  cooked a tasteless saucer, a cold soup, a rough meat, etc.

So being a chef is something that requieres experience that you earn  with the time so all in all in this job is difficult to be good at it, but for people who really love this, is just art.
