The effects of cellphone use on family dynamics and relationships.
As technology advances, it became easier to communicate regardless of distance and time. We have invented many forms of communication, that have constantly evolved how we interact with each other. One of the biggest developments was cell phone that changed the way to perceive the communication. The cell phone, which was difficult to use at the beginning, incorporated more advances than other dispositives. More technology makes the cell phone easier to manipulate because they contain hundreds of applications. These applications solve many problems efficiently, and they catch the user´s full attention. This digital diapositives encourages people to spend an extraordinary amount of time on internet. They create a necessity in users that can be dangerous for them. This excessive use is considered a social controversy because it negatively impacts the user´s life. Most people agree that children can be affected by this indiscriminate use in home, and we must carefully analyze the consequences. Three of the most profound effects on children are emotional problems and health issues.
Emotional problems

- Miscommunication
- Isolation
Everyone agrees that cell phone is the most creative tool that we have ever seen. However, the excessive use of cell phone can be a huge problem in children. Due to, they do not measure the mount of time that they spend in front of the cell phone´s screen. This dispositive invites them to use it every day, and it creates an addiction in children. If children spend a lot of time in cell phone, they are prone to suffering isolation. This habit is increasing the miscommunication between the children and their family, and it is undermining their self esteem because they are not interacting with nobody.

- Visual deficiencies
- Abnormal postures
As the use of cell phone are becoming normal in children, their health problems grow at the same rhythm. Many doctors evaluated the harmful effects that have the disproportionate use of cell phone in children. They concluded that effects impact the children´s health causing many problems derived from sedentarism, habits based on junky food, visual deficiencies, and abnormal postures.
Conclusion.
In conclusion, cell phone could be an important tool for life. However, the excessive use of cell phone must be carefully analyzed in children because of this behavior many of them have problems in emotional and health areas. Depends on each parent supervised their children to prevent this harmful effect on them.
