RESUMEN

        Las primeras apariciones de la lectura fue en Grecia, en su momento comenzaron a dar narraciones orales pero al pasar del tiempo empezaron a utilizar la escritura y así podrían leer sus pensamientos e ideas. Ellos no fueron los únicos, los egipcios tenían una lectura pero en forma de figuras que cada una  de ellas significan algo que entendían cuando estaban leyendo. La lectura es un habito muy importante para nosotros, que nos ayuda a analizar y comprender algo que estamos leyendo así poder imaginarnos dando mucha importancia al texto ; en caso de los que tienen problemas visual ellos utilizan el baille que con ello puede leer con solo tocar sus dedos de la manos .Perú está ubicado en el puesto 64 de las cuales los peruanos no leen,  eso preocupo mucho todo al país y la medida fue realizando  plan lectores en todo los colegios  del todo el país  y universidades.

ABSTRACT

The first appearances of reading were in Greece, at the time began to give oral narratives but over time began to use writing and so could read their thoughts and ideas. They were not the only ones, the Egyptians had a reading but in the form of figures that each of them means something they understood when they were reading. Reading is a very important habit for us, which helps us analyze and understand something we are reading so we can imagine giving great importance to the text; in case of those who have visual problems they use the baille that can read with just touching their fingers. Peru is located in the 64th position of which the Peruvians do not read, that is a great concern to the country and the extent It was making readers plan in all the schools of the whole country and universities.
