RESUMEN

El presente informe es para demostrar la viabilidad de la implementación de un sistema de control de calidad en el área de mantenimiento de la empresa Ferreyros SA en la Operación Las Bambas - Apurimac. Durante la elaboración de la investigacion, se utilizo un estudio aplicado con un diseño no experimental; para la recolección de datos se utilizaron el historial de datos del área de mantenimiento,  que incluyen las ordenes de trabajo, Checklist de procesos de reparaciones, indicadores de gestión de mantenimiento, reportes semanales del area de planificacion y administración para conocer los procesos de calidad con las que cuentan y los Re-trabajos (rehacer de trabajos –REDOS) que se presentan con más frecuencia. Existen diferentes tipos de REDOS en los trabajos realizados, estos causan un gran impacto en las perdidas de los cambios de componentes o reparaciones, siendo un 93% de las pérdidas economicas del proyecto. La implementación del sistema de control de calidad, mejorara la imagen de nuestra área y afianzara más la confianza que el cliente deposita en nuestra empresa, logrando nuevos contratos de servicio.

ABSTRACT

The present report is to demonstrate the feasibility of the implementation of a quality control system in the maintenance area of ​​the company Ferreyros SA in Operation Las Bambas - Apurimac. During the development of the research, an applied study with a non-experimental design was used; For the data collection, the data history of the maintenance area was used, which included work orders, repair process checklist, maintenance management indicators, weekly planning and management reports to know the quality processes with The ones that count and the Re-works (redo of work -REDOS) that appear more frequently. There are different types of REDOS in the works carried out, these cause a great impact in the losses of the changes of components or repairs, being a 93% of the economic losses of the project. The implementation of the quality control system, will improve the image of our area and will further strengthen the trust that the client places in our company, achieving new service contracts.
