Zipcar: Redifinig the business model
Opinión: Me parece que el caso se centrará en la viabilidad o no del negocio, no he hecho análisis numérico pero creo que finalmente será el ejemplo de un negocio que pese a la dificultad sale adelante.
Puntos a favor de Zipcar:
-Nulos en la zona
-Viabilidad del modelo en Europa
-Población target amplia
Puntos en contra:
-Inversión inicial muy grande, necesidad de capital

In 2000 Chase and Danielson raised a new Company about car renting called Zipcar.
They got 50.000$ from Business Angels. In October 14th, they have already earned and reinvested 325.000$
12 cars => 19 cars
They are looking for 1M$ of financing.
Chase and Danielson are both women with a good academic background and they decide to make their own business.
