Según el articulo redactado, se relaciona con la unidad 3 de la semana 5, específicamente con la estrategia de la distribución física o de planta, logrando la reducción del flujo de los materiales en un porcentaje eficiente llegando a minimizar los movimientos que se tenían que realizar para poder hacer las actividades correspondientes al trabajo.

1. ¿Es factible la aplicación en una empresa nacional?

Of course, yes, a case that can be compared in Peru is with the company Retail Saga Falabella, specifically with its large distribution center located in Lurín, if we take the knowledge of the course, specifically the physical distributions in a logistics plant it is possible to justify theoretically, because industrial engineering is based on the study of production systems and their sub-processes, as in the logistics field; in this case it would be about one of the problems of the logistics processes in one of the most important department stores operating in Peru managing to generate a reduction in costs in storage processes.

Por supuesto que sí, un caso que se pueda comparar en el Perú es con la empresa Retail Saga Falabella, específicamente con su gran centro de distribución ubicado en Lurín, si tomamos los conocimientos del curso, específicamente las distribuciones físicas en una planta logística se logra justificar teóricamente, porque la ingeniería industrial se basa en el estudio de los sistemas de producción y sus subprocesos, como en el ámbito logístico; en este caso se trataría sobre uno de los problemas de los procesos logísticos en una de las tiendas retail departamentales más importantes que operan en el Perú logrando generar una reducción de los costos en los procesos de  almacenamiento.

Resumen:

The plant layout design was developed considering the flow of materials optimization and the religious premises of the Indian culture. Throughout its execution, proposals were created based on the application of layout development techniques . Such techniques facilitated the understanding of materials flow, and thus, contributed to the generation of improvement ideas. Finally, it was possible to propose a macro layout design from the reorganization of the block areas within the facility.

After finding a macro layout alternative that met the requirements of the project, the micro layout proposals were evaluated. This way, several individual micro layout proposals were designed for each group of families. The final step gathered the individual micro proposals into a single layout to incorporate all the best parts of each design. Results showed that the new SLP model allowed the resolution of the plant distribution problem through the development of a sustainable layout proposal, which have provided several gains.
